Youd Andrews was formed out of an idea between Don Youd and Don Andrews in May 1989.
Having worked for Xerox in Europe for many years and received what was arguably the best ‘Tops Down’ and Sales Training processes from any company, they joined the Racal Electronics Group in 1985.
Their role was to introduce professional selling processes into the Computer Aided Design division and turn it into a world class sales organisation, to challenge the predominantly US owned competition.
Having achieved success within Racal, the two Dons believed they could help other IT companies and decided to create Youd Andrews. Today the initial objective still stands – ‘To help our Clients get positioned in the Boardroom of their Target market’.
